Mitr Phol, Modern Farm Academy

IDEO Tokyo worked with once of Thailands largest sugar cane companies, Mitr Phol, to help develop and brand a school to better enable staff who interface with farmers to them grow their sugar cane. In doing so we hoped to transform the staff to become problem solvers and bring creativity to their approach in guiding farmers. Travelling around Thailaind during our user research, I found inspiration for the identity from a higher perspective seeing the grid like farmland from above. Local press release (Thai)
